Chef Albrich Caters Onboard the Atlantide Yacht During
Art Basel Miami

Chef Albrich and his staff catered a couple of private parties hosted by Edmiston & Company onboard the Atlantide, a 122-foot classic yacht sailboat built in 1930. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the evenings. With great food, plenty of drinks, wonderful South Florida weather and a gorgeous yacht, what's not to enjoy? One night the menu included lobster, prawns and filet mignon among other dishes. The other night, sushi took center stage, with crab cakes and other delicacies. Of course, champagne and good wine flowed all night.
The captain of the Atlantide, Justin, and his staff were a great help with the events. We look forward to catering more parties for both Edmiston & Company and the Atlantide.
