Chef Albrich tapes episode of “La Méthode Cauet” in Miami Beach to be aired on French National TV [TF1] later on this summer, with both Sebastien Cauet and Cécile de Ménibus. Cauet and Cécile, two well known French entertainment hosts, were assisting Chef Albrich as he prepared a private dinner for 5 beautiful, spoiled South Florida girls in a home on the bay with a gorgeous view of the Miami skyline.


In between flirting with the guests, Cauet managed to help a little in the kitchen and serve the delicious food prepared by Chef Albrich and his assistants. Cécile followed directions very well and made nice looking, delicious king crab cakes, but she ruined the truffle smashed potatoes by salting the potatoes way too much. Chef Albrich had to throw away the potatoes and improvise another dish. All in all, everyone had a good time, the Chef, his celebrity assistants, the guests and even the filming crew that got to taste most of the dishes.
